“圣盖博谷某月子中心的价目表上，最低的月子套餐，报价为16万8000元人民幣（约2万5000美元），最高的竟然高达50万人民幣，超过8万美元。月子中心业者表示，50万人民幣套餐是「私人定製」的最高端坐月子服务。其中包括全程三个月居住五至六个臥室的豪宅，有一名专业看护全程负责孩子看护，还有一名专职厨师做饭，此外，还有司机24小时等候孕妇的呼唤。所有服务人员均只服务这名孕妇。豪宅位於亚凯迪亚等高档社区，安静低调，距离热闹的华人社区也很近，是很多孕妇喜欢的地方。”
不过业者说，其实孕妇独自一人住在豪宅中產子的方式，很多孕妇並不喜欢。虽然有专人服侍，但这种类似深宫怨妇般的生活倍感无趣。而普通的月子中心，很多孕妇在一起，还可以集体外出逛街购物或散步閒聊，生活不会无趣。
业者说，费用还包括了孩子出生后所有的尿片、奶粉和衣物等，孕妇不用事先做任何准备。孕妇每日三餐，每餐至少六菜一汤。如果认为三个月的价格过於昂贵，也可以选择仅在坐月子时入住，或仅待產时入住。短期价格为每天1200元左右，期限为30天。待產每天的价格为800元，期限为60天。（其实，低收入者，牛奶都免费，儿童车都免费，任何人都可以抱着孩子到福利局还能领上一些钱，好多网上低价格卖奶粉的华人，就是免费领的，吃不了后卖的）
相信这样的高端月子在拉客户的时候一定把你当亲爹一样。事实上到美国后，不能享受到真正的高端服务，甚至你还要跪下来管他叫亲爹。来美后巨大的反差让你心里极度不平衡，为什么会这样呢？
我们将从吃住行，为你层层揭开黑幕。
月子中心主要分布在哪儿？
华人办的月子中心，几乎遍及全美主要华人城市。纽约主要是法拉胜，长岛等华人区，旧金山，圣地亚哥，西雅图，休斯顿等，洛杉矶因为华人众多，办事非常方便，是孕妇生子的首选，应爱是最多的。
我们已洛杉矶为例，看看分布情况，洛杉矶的月子中心主要分布在罗兰冈（Rowland Heights Colima road）、哈仙达冈（Hacienda Heights）社区，阿凯迪亚孔雀园(Arcadia)，钻石吧，核桃区(Walnut)，a阿罕不拉(Alhambra)，还有圣盖博，蒙特立公园（那边的华人医院和华人医生比较多）等地也专门收来自陆的孕妇待产，屋内并有照护的月嫂和新生儿。
住：
这些地区的租房的价格：基本了来说都是租的社区形式的公寓房子，一般有点钱的人都不会去买这样的房子，下面是基本租金：
1室1厅价格在900-1300左右，应该不会超过1500。
2室1厅的价格在1500-2000左右，一般不会超过2500千。
独立屋整栋4室3卫的象核桃市的房价在7，80万的，租金也就3，4千美金，这个价格，碰到这样的房客房东还要烧高香。
平均住宿的价格按2500美金来算是高的。
吃：
洛杉矶的吃，尤其是华人餐算是最便宜的，看看这些这个月的菜价吧。一个月从海鲜，肉，水果，蔬菜，其他，一个人吃上1000块就不错啦，月子中心买菜也都是选便宜的买。
保姆：在美国专职请一个保姆一个月2000美金，大部分的家庭保姆一个月也就1500美金，亲们，1500的保姆工作也不好找呀。。。。而月子中心专职伺候保姆是拿老板工资的，不是你花钱雇的，没有人会受你委屈，也不会愿意听你的指使的，这一点一定要搞清楚。

司机：那在洛杉矶华人区应该不算是工作，只能是一帮找不到工作的人，被逼迫的无奈呀。24小时待命还不如，你要花钱用他们的车，多给点小费，他们恨不得36小时待命跟随你，比月子中心的司机要好用多啦。
网友提供：“在美国整租的房子很少有短约的，而且普遍要查信用，像罗兰岗的孔雀园之所以火是因为经过华人的二次加工，配齐了家具，可以短租，使原本一千多的房子均价炒到了2300左右，吃饭呢，一般是每月300左右，一个人两个人还是三个人都差不多，不过一般住房子没有餐具，第一个月买点锅碗瓢盆费用也不少，再加上油盐作料一般第一个月都要近500块吧，交通是一个很大的问题，国内2B的宣传让人以为美国车都不要钱似的，这边租车一个月一般要1000块左右，三到五个月买车是不现实的，除非你在这边有朋友后期能帮你处理，这边华人接送很多，一般接机四五十，包车100左右一天短期或者偶尔也可以考虑。”
究竟是哪些人在做月子中心？
一类人，老移民在美国常年没有工作，没有文化，也找不到工作，只能靠帮国内办理一下留学，移民，月子中心来从国内同胞身上赚钱。。
还有一类人，家里有空闲的房子，出租当搞家庭住宿，赚点钱。
另外还有一类人，新移民找不到工作，只能靠忽悠国内的人赚点钱。甚至，还有过来这里自己生了一个孩子，熟悉了整个流程，原来成本这么低，月子中心租个房子跑跑腿，就被人把钱赚了，然后也租个房子办理月子中心。
如果不猜不错，大部分来美国的人，可能都有过受骗经历，花了大价钱来美国，结果不是那么回事，心里不平衡，发现被被坑了，怎么办？那继续坑国内的人，这样形成了一种恶性循环，这种现象在华人社区很普遍。
民宅开月子中心将会涉及哪些违法？
美国的月子中心90%是不合法的，确切的说100%是违规的！不是说花几百块钱在美国注册个月子中心就是合法的了。
无论是租的社区房子还是自住的房子办理月子中心肯定是违法的，通常会违反移民法、税务诈欺、不当医疗照护问题、消防安全标准问题、违反公共卫生、危险建物等，另外还会触犯收容孕妇、新生儿等，将民宅导正为纯自住用途等法律问题。
如果谁认为是自己是合法的，已洛杉矶为例，那我们可以用四种方法验证：

生活在海外的好多华人，因为语言等等种种问题，在美国找不到合适的工作。我们看到过，好多国内的白领阶级在这里干的都是苦力的活。大家心知度明，也就不多说啦。
亲身经历近距离接触月子中心：
我在月子中心打工一年半多一点，前几个月不干了，找了一份好一点的工作。我把我的所见所闻告诉大家，大家自己看着办吧。
我是前几年移民过来的，在国内觉得美国多么多么好，没想到来了以后找工作很难，天天看世界日报，信心也一天天磨灭，当初餐馆我还不想去，但也不能在家天天闲着哪，最后硬着头皮给罗兰岗一家月子中心当跑腿的，因为我最起码还有辆车。
其实这个老板至少有两个月子中心，罗兰岗一个，圣盖博一个，当时听说计划还要在蒙市等地各开一家。老板给的钱少的可怜，但那也是钱。我的工作就是拉孕妇产检丶出去购物或者是去一个地方玩。不出去的时候就得干些杂活儿，老板能让你闲着吗？笑话
每次做菜和汤的时候，为了把握咸淡程度，做饭的先要用勺子搞出一些来亲自尝尝，尝完后直接把勺子又放到菜里或汤里继续搅合。自从看到这些以后，我恶心了好几天，即使老板让我在月子中心吃饭，我也断然拒绝。
许多孕妇事先在网上要求各个月子中心报价，然后挑那些价格便宜的月子中心，自己觉得挺聪明的是吧，告诉你，从南京到北京，买的没有卖的精！为什么月子中心有的便宜有的贵呢？这里的猫腻太多了，最终目的是赚钱啦。我老板月子中心价位在2800-3500之间，这个价位不算高吧，那怎么赚钱呢？压缩成本！许多月子中心就是抓住孕妇们贪图便宜的心理，价格越低，你吃的越糟糕越恶心！
我和先生在北京跟国内目前最大的赴美生子中介-某宝接触过。刚开始，被他们精美的图册，天花乱坠的介绍，以及各种承诺所深深吸引。当时我们初选的是一档比较高端的套餐，但是让我很不爽的是：因为我怀的是双胎宝宝，在月子中，他们居然要求每天加250美金，30天月子算下来就是USD7500。是在套餐外额外加的7500美金。我问他们，那你们是额外给宝宝多找一个月嫂吗？回答是：不是的，一个月嫂可以忙得过来，但是美国人工贵啊，月嫂多看一个宝宝，我们需要给月嫂多谢工资。而在此时，我已经了解过洛杉矶华人月嫂的薪水情况。我不禁对他们的印象大打折扣。恰在此时，一位刚刚通过某宝中介生宝宝回北京的姐姐提醒我，他们的承诺太多都兑现不了，他们就是一纯中介，按照签的套餐价格不同，发给洛杉矶不同档次的月子中心。
特别声明一下，中国所有办理月子中心都是中介，和美国月子中心没有任何关系，就是100%办理公司都是中介，1%的可能性都没有。都是大家相互合作赚钱的一种方式。
我们目前还在美国做月子，还有20天就回国了！这个月子中心简直上尽天良，我们3个月含一个月月子，一共给了30000美金，可是吃的，简直就是垃圾，菜叶是黄的，买死的美国最便宜的鲡鱼给我们吃，不给提供早餐！卫生在合约里说一周一次大扫除，可是他闲贵，不请人打扫，我们住了快2个半月了，就打扫了3次！家里的蚂蚁多的让人恶心！我们跟她提出改善条件，她断然拒绝，我们要求索赔她大怒，把我们自己丢在房子里，她自己离开！甚至拒绝代我们的宝宝去医院复查，说合约没有，让我们自己找司机去！
某某月子中心，以前有上当受骗的几个孕妈短暂住过，但均受不了他们的折磨，不得不搬走。他们完全不按合同来，合同写好的交钱时间是一清二楚，但一来就要求多交，而且后续的钱也要提前交。最让人受不了的是他们特意营造的诡异氛围，在他们家就像坐牢一样。不让与外人交流，不让擅自出门，整天对你的行为进行监视。这家人品太差，整天找茬。更别提什么热情大方，热心体贴了，真是笑掉大牙！到处说谎骗人，所谓”某某“所说的，均为这家在自演自导，全是骗大家的！
来美坐月子后，对办理月子中心一些人员的感慨，估计是因为他知道我来LA了，发现了很多黑幕，怕我说出这边的情况吧，私下他还跟我说井水不犯河水。而其目的当然不会是什么因为想帮某月子继续拉活下去或是为人民服务之类冠冕堂皇的话！除了赚钱还是赚钱！难道还有人真以为他是为你们着想？别天真了！
现在好多月子中心越来越变质，甚至和华人医生串通起来一起骗钱财。看准了大陆来的妈妈怕惹麻烦的心理，好欺负！专门欺骗和敲诈大陆过来生产的妈妈，收费特别黑，有的收费价格是其他医生的3倍以上。他就是还有就是与嘉惠医院的个别医护人员勾结，凡是初来乍到的就推荐到某医生那里狠宰一笔，然后一起分钱。有些医生坑害大陆来的，已经有些年头了，提醒大家千万不要让这个坏人给你们的孩子看病，一定要找人品好的有爱心的医生。
“尽量少和华人接触”可能是好多新来美国的人，听到老移民朋友经常提醒的一句话。

Economic growth remains weak with the growth in each of the last three quarters below 2% on an annualized basis.
